Why Kiosk Mode?
From Setup > Kiosk Code, generate self-expiring codes that allow any device or user to access your league for the duration of that code. No email login required, no need to grant individual access, no user list to maintain. This is the best way for quick, frictionless temporary access to your league. Share the read-only code with people in the gym so they can all follow your league from their own devices.
Be aware that sharing the read/write code will grant those users access to modify games, dispatch, and finish games — share it with care.
How it Works
Generate a unique Kiosk Code from Setup. On any device, go to the app and enter the Kiosk Code. The device displays your league dashboard for the duration of the code's validity.
Read-Only vs Read/Write
Kiosk codes come in two types: read-only and read/write. Read-only codes let users view the dashboard, courts, and player status without being able to change anything. Read/write codes additionally allow dispatching, finishing games, and modifying player status.
Check-in Flow
Players access the app on any device and log in using the provided Kiosk Code. Once logged in, they can view the dashboard, see court assignments, and tap their name to mark themselves as available for the next game.
Expiration & Security
Each Kiosk Code has a built-in expiry date and becomes invalid automatically. Admins can also revoke codes at any time from the Setup page.
